  • Cut the chicken into small pieces.
  • In a large bowl, add curd, fresh cream, black pepper powder, garam masala, chaat masala, coriander powder, kasoori methi, chilli powder, vinegar, salt and ginger garlic paste and mix it well with a spoon.
  • Now put the chicken pieces in the bowl and mix well.
  • Cover the bowl with plastic and cover it well and keep it in the fridge for 15 to 20 minutes or else keep it outside.
  • Keep bamboo wood soaked under water for 10 to 15 minutes. By keeping bamboo wood in water, wood does not burn.
  • After 15 to 20 minutes, take the chicken out of the fridge and once again mix it again and start planting the chicken in bamboo wood.
  • Now take a griddle and put some oil or ghee in it and put the chicken on top of it to cook. Spread the remaining cream on top.
  • Now turn the chicken in the bitches.
  • Cook the chicken well from all sides.
  • When the chicken is well cooked from all sides, take it out from the pan and cook it in the gas.
  • Place it in a plate and set it on fire on a coal piece and place it on a foil paper and cover it with the chicken and leave the chicken covered for 5-7 minutes.

HOW TO MAKE GREEN CHUTNEY

It is very easy to make green chutney at home. You need to have the necessary ingredients to make it. To make the chutney, you first take the mixer and put Cilantro leaves, Mint leaves, Tomato, Garlic, Green Chillies, Salt, into it. Now add 3-4 spoon of water and grind it well. Your green chutney is ready.

You cannot eat chicken malai tikka with rice. You can use the bread of your choice to eat this dish, you can eat this dish by rolling it. If you do not want to use bread, you can use naan to eat it.

Roll it up for kebab rolls, if you are going with kebab rolls then you must use salad. For making salad use onions, tomatoes, finely chopped green chillies and lemon.

Chicken Malai tikka is a chicken dish originating in India. Apart from India, this dish is also very much liked in Bangladesh and Pakistan. 

This dish is preferred by non-veg eaters. Boneless chicken is used to make this dish. You cannot make this dish with large pieces of chicken. Chicken chest is used more to make this dish.

This dish is prepared with small pieces of boneless chicken and Indian spices. The word tikka (tikk in Turkish, and tik in Azerbaijan) is a Hindi and Urdu word and means "bits" or "pieces".

  • 4 tbsp raw papaya paste
  • 4 tbsp grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • 4 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 4 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 tsp white pepper powder
  • 4 green chillies, minced
  • 4 tbsp cooking oil
  • 4 tsp cornflour
  • salt, to taste
